Citizens from the following countries do not need to present a France Visa : 1.People who hold passports that are issued at Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as well as from their Special Administrative Region of Macao of the People’s Republic of China 2.People with a residence permit in France or those with a residence permit or travel document for other countries mentioned above who are part of the Schengen agreement; On the other hand, it doesn’t mean that those who don’t need to have a France Visa doesn’t need to have requirements.
